残業と寝不足で今にも倒れそうな二色人です。

今日が今年度最後の出社日だったので、明日から休みです。
Today was the last workday of this year, so I have a break starting tomorrow.
this fiscal year
今年度って意味らしいんだけど、今回の表現としては今年って意味だからfiscal消した。
各国ごとの会計年度末
Japan: The fiscal year starts on April 1st and ends on March 31st of the following year.
United States: The federal government’s fiscal year starts on October 1st and ends on September 30th of the following year.
United Kingdom: The fiscal year starts on April 6th and ends on April 5th of the following year.
Australia: The fiscal year starts on July 1st and ends on June 30th of the following year.

嬉しい時や興奮した時に使う表現らしい。
When your favorite team wins a game: “Hooray! We won!”

少し仕事残ってるから出社するけどネー
I still have some work left, so I will be going to the office, though.

文末のthough「~だけどね」って意味らしい
I was looking for a job. There were very few job advertisements, though. (仕事を探していたんだ。求人広告はほとんどなかったんだけどね)
今年も残すところあと数日になり、2017年が終わろうとしていますが、思い返すと予定通りに物事が進まなくてただただへこみます…
As the year 2017 is coming to an end, looking back, I realize nothing went as planned, which is quite depressing…
