30分相変わらず首のハリがあるけど、逆立ちとプランク出来たんだよね。なので、あんまり関係がない首のハリっぽい。最初は、首のハリのせいで出来ないかなーって思ったんだけど、やってみると使う部位が違うのか問題無くできた。なので、体の方は元気だけど、精神的に風邪の後遺症でなんかやられているんかもしれない。というか、コロナの後遺症とかも結構そういう感じなんじゃないかな？体は元気だけど精神がまいっている状態。僕も首のハリが凄くて日課こなせないと思ったけど、やってみると普通にできた。やる前は「これはムリだ」って思ってたわけで、結構近い感覚なんじゃないかって思う。なので、コロナ後遺症も精神的な問題で肉体的には問題が無いんだと思う。けどまぁ、それは分かっているんかもなぁ。リストカットするのも同じで、頭では分かっているけど体が言うことをきかない。だから、なんとかして動かない体を動かそうと傷つけて動かそうとする。って具合に、心と体は繋がっているようで繋がっていないのかなぁって思った（書いている時に脱線したから文章繋がっていないかも）。とりあえず体調はそんな感じ。で、今日は建国記念日らしいっすね。祝日なの知らんかったわ。祝日だからと言って特に変わらないんすけど、コワーキングスペースが短時間営業になるので、その点が少し厄介。漫画の方は、ペン入れがだいぶいい感じなんじゃないかって感じ。理由として、前のページで全体のバランスを見てやるって意識をしてから、線を一定の太さで描くことを意識し出したことで余白管理が上手くいっているからだと思う。この調子でいきたいね。
