せっかく、中途で2人とってクオリティも上がるってのにトップの人間が会社のあるべき姿とは別の方向を向いちゃってるから従業員もどっちに進めばいいのか路頭に迷っちゃってる感じがする…

since, new coworkers joining as mid-career recruitment and the quality of the company’s work gets increasing, but our boss and employees are facing different direction.
So, I think I don’t know where we should go.

せっかくだから

理由を表す接続詞sinceで表現できるわ

Since we are here in Japan, might as well eat lots of good food!

might as wellで「した方がいい」って表現

クオリティを上げる

「改善する」ならimproveがあるわ

ただ、改善するというニュアンスじゃないので別の表現を探したら
increase「増加する」が使えるっポイ

Every year, the quality of the work increases.
毎年作品のクオリティが上がってる

上達している　＝　getting betterってあったわ

の方向を向く

faceで「向く」って動詞表現ができるみたい
