第二に、私たちは、今後何年にもわたって精神障害への攻撃を開始し、維持するために必要な知識、そしてとりわけ熟練した人材の基礎となるリソースを強化する必要があります。

skilled manpower

skilled manpowerの意味調べててskilledが「スキルを持った状態」でmanpowerが「人手」ってのはカタカナ英語からわかっていることなんで、スキルを持っている人手→熟練した人材って連想してもいいような気がするんだけどできなかったのでメモ

attack on

攻撃するってattack onなんだね
戦争とか広い範囲を攻撃するしon（面）ってニュアンス入るんかな
喧嘩とかだとfightだしattackはもっと大きいもので使うんかな
