なんにせよ、ゴキ対策はしておかないとぬくぬくと成長してひどい目に会う。

Anyway, it would be had a terrible experience, if it didn’t take preventive measures against cockroaches.
とにかく、ゴキブリの予防策を講じなければ、ひどい経験になるでしょう。

ひどい目に会う

have a terrible experienceで表現できる部分もあるわ
他にもgetを使った表現なんかもちょくちょくあるけど、have使った表現のほうがわかりやすい

I got involved with the wrong person, and paid the price.
I got screwed over by someone I trusted.
I trusted the wrong person.

予防対策

preventive measures against ○○
で表現できるって前に調べてた

take measuresで「対策をとる」っていうみたい
名詞だと「手段，処置，方法」って表現、動詞だと「測る」って表現になったりするみたい

エアコンからゴキが沸いたっていう話も聞いたから、室外機が日当たり悪くて近くに川が流れている家とかは辞めた方がいいみたい
上から攻めてくるゴキとかゾッとする。

I heard that the cockroach invade from the air conditioner, so it had better avoid the house that an outdoor unit of the air conditioner is shady conditions or there is flowing water nearby.
The cockroach invade from above, the thought of it make me scared.
ゴキブリがエアコンから侵入していると聞いたので、エアコンの室外機が日陰になっている、または近くに水が流れている家は避けたほうがいいです。
ゴキブリが上から侵入してくると、怖くなります。

avoidが思いついたけどいけるかどうかわからんかったから調べた

shandyって書いてたけどshadyだわnいらん

考えただけでぞっとする
