ゴールデンウィーク前は本当に忙しくて毎日12時過ぎるくらいまで仕事やってたんだけどそれと比べると怖いくらい案件がない
案件がないというか全部社長で止まってる

I was so busy before Golden Week, I was working until past 24 every day.
I compared to that and I’m free at work these day.
But, it is stop for my boss rather than free.
ゴールデンウィーク前は忙しくて、毎日24時過ぎまで仕事をしていました。
それに比べたら今日は仕事で暇です。
でも、タダじゃなくて上司に止められます。

24時を過ぎる

the date changesって前に調べてたわ

(a little) past eight
just after eight
a little bit after eight

仕事がない

(1) I was free at work today.
「今日は会社で暇でした」
(2) I had a lot of free time at work today.
「今日は会社で暇がたくさんありました」

と比較して

Compared to other years

というよりかはむしろ

AというよりはむしろB（not so much A as B / B rather than A）

①He is not so much a teacher as a comedian.
②He is a comedian rather than a teacher.
どちらも、「彼は教師というよりはむしろお笑い芸人だ。」という意味。
