年金も健康保険も月末に請求確定するみたいで、20日に会社辞めて27日に海外転出届だすんだったら21日~27日までは年金にも健康保険にも加入義務あるけど月末31日とかに請求確定するからその時には住民票抜いて日本にいない事になってると請求来ないんだって（知らんかった）

Besides, it seemes the billing of social insurance and health insurance are determined at end of month, if I left my job at 20th, I would file moving-out notification at 27th, I thought it is obligated to enroll that while the month.
But those billing are determined at end of month, if I filed moving-out before the determine billing, it would not obigated to pay billing after that month.
それに、社会保険や健康保険の請求は月末で決まるらしく、20日に退職した場合は27日に転出届を出すことになるので、月内に加入する義務があるのかと思っていました。
しかし、これらの請求は月末に決定されるため、請求が決定する前に転出届を提出した場合、その月以降の請求を支払う義務はありません。
