途中ATMでお金おろして、市役所の受付さんにパスポートの申請方法聞いて、申請書だして確認待ちして無事申請通ったけど30分くらいで終わったかな
撮影と移動合計しても1時間もかからなかったかも

I withdraw some money from an ATM on the way to a city office, then I asked a reception about how to apply for the passport.
I wrote an application form according to an instruction of a city hall worker and hunded in it to the city hall worker.
I think it finished about 30 minutes.
The taking picture, moving to the city office and applying for the passport, the time it took to complete all was approximately within 1 hour.
市役所に行く途中、ATMでお金を下ろし、受付でパスポートの申請方法を聞いた。
市役所職員の指示に従って申請書を書き、市役所職員に投函しました。
30分くらいで終わったと思います。
写真撮影、市役所への移動、パスポートの申請まで、全部で約1時間以内でした。

お金をおろす

Withdraw some money from a convenience store ATM.
Take out some cash from the ATM at the convenience store.

に行く途中

in the middle ofで表現できると思っていたけど、どこかに行く途中はon the way toの方がよさげ

受付さん

reception deskって表現もあった

“Reception/front desk”とはホテルや職場などのフロントになります。

receptoinで調べると「祝賀会」とか何かの披露宴的な表現が出てくるね
