太った
最近太りました二色人です。
気づかないものなんですね、太ったことって…
他人に言われて、「そんなことないよなー」と思いつつも数字は嘘をつかないんすよ。
I got fat.
I thought it is hard to notice that I get fat little by little.
When a close person told me like that, I think every time that “no, not at all!”, but numbers never lie.
1人暮らしを始めた時に、コンビニバイトをしてて廃棄を持って帰って寝る前に食って5kg太ったけど、まだ焦るような数字ではないと思ったのですが、現在は+10kgっていうね…
合計15kg太ったってさすがにやばいと感じ本気でダイエットしようと思います。
When I started living by myself, I was working part-time at a convenience store then I had often taken some dispose of unsold items home and I had eaten before sleeping.
Finally, I had put on 5 kilos.
I thought don’t panic the weight, but I have gained more 10 kilos, then I have finally put on 15 kilos now.
Just as I thought, I will try to lose weight seriously.
今まで太った経験なんてなく、他人ごとだと思っていたけど周りから「太った?」って聞かれて初めて気づくものなんですね。
ってか「太った?」って何?なぜに疑問形なんだろ?
そんなの「太ってない!」って答えるわ!
でも写真とかに写る自分、車の助手席に座った際のサイドミラーに写る自分を見ると誰だこいつ?って感じるんすよね…
だから、2年前に壊れた体重計を再度購入して計ってみたんですよね
結果は前述した通りなんですが…
I have never become fat and I have thought it is someone else’s problem, but I realized that I was heard by the people I know, “are you fat?”.
Anyway, I wonder why people say “did you put on some weight?”

So, I bought a body scale because the previous body scale broken that I bought two years ago, then I weight myself.
The result was mentioned above.

Therefore, I determined to lose weight seriously.
太った原因としては、間食と夜食のドカ食いだと思うんですよね。
3時のおやつでチョコレートのお菓子とコーヒーのセットを食べ、会社帰りにすき屋やカツ屋でお肉たらふく食って寝てを毎日のようにやっていたら太りますわ。
当時は、ストレスで食わないとやっていけなかったんですよ…
The reason for gotten fat are to eat too much snack, I suppose.
I often had eaten a chocolate snack and a cup of coffee at 3:00 p.m, I had gone to “Sukiya” and “Katsuya” for eating the meat after finished work too, then I had gone home and gone to bed.
It’s natural that I had put on weight because I have done such things.
I couldn’t do my work without eating at that time.
実際、間食と夜8時過ぎたら食わない様気をつけて生活を3日やってみたけど、それだけで2kgは削れたのでしばらく「間食」と「夜食」の方を制限しようと思います。
(これを1か月したら10kg削れる計算)
Actually, I have been able to lose 2 kilos for 3 day because I have taken care to not eat snack after 8 p.m.
So I will try to limit the snack for a while.
If I keep to do for a month, I would lose 10 kilos, I guess.
初めてのダイエットなので、目標を高く「この夏に10kg削る」と誓った今日この頃。
The diet is the first time for me, so I have made up my mind high a goal that I lose 10 kilos in summer.
