帰しちゃった
突然訪れたお客さんを帰しちゃった二色人です。
I had send a client home who visited our office suddenly.
トイレに行った帰りに見知らぬ人と廊下でばったりあってしまい
お客さんっぽかったんで小話しながら室内に通そうと思ったら室内に入る直前に突然来社した(アポなし)と打ち明けられ
ちょうど営業が出払っているというのもあり追い返してしまった
I bumped into the customer in the hallway going back toilet.
I looked like he was an appointment customers, so I was talking and trying to show his into our office.
Then in the middle of grasping a door handle, he started talking about he was no appointment.
Our director was going out, so I had made the client leave home.
やっちまったぁー
I messed up.
せっかくお客さんと対面で打ち合わせする機会が得られそうだったのにぃー
I had might been able to get occursion that I have a meeting with the client for the first time.
普段の業務とかでお客さんと対面する機会がほぼ0なので「とりあえず話を聞く」というプロセスが完全に抜けてた
My usual work is almost no such ocurssion, so I don’t have a process that I do hearing once.
つい先日も電話で新規のお客さんからweb制作についての問い合わせがあったんだけど、ある程度話を聞いて営業に渡しちゃったんだけど
全部自分でやるつもりで話を聞いておけばよかったとめちゃくちゃ後悔した
The other day, I received a contact about our website building services from new client with telphone, then I would put him as soon as through to our director.
But, I regret I tried to hear nothing regarding.
というのも今後フリーランスとしてやっていくつもりだからそういう事も意識して挑戦すべきだと思ったから
会社にいればお客さんから電話がかかってくるわけなんでいい練習になるはずだから機会があったらやっていきたい
Because, I’m going to do that as a freelance from now on, so I thought I should be conscious of it and challenging.
When I’m working at this company, I can have some occursion of getting telephone from clients.
It would be good practice for me.
