新しい風

I try to impress a newcomer who join as mid-career recruitment.

The work-ready newcomer was joining to start on the begining of july.
I wonder if I don’t feel generation gap, he is 8 years older than me.

Originally we try to recruit a New graduate, but we realized to need a work-ready newcomer at internal meeting and we determine to do it.
For that is reason, it realized mid-career recruitment of this time.

we can’t afford to develop employees.

In that sense, I appreciate that the company recruit from beginner, but I wanted junior coworker.

I has been working with a small group of employee and the group will not well even if it loses just one of them.
I am in that circumstances, so we can’t care about other stuff and I feel considerable pressure because I can’t rely on another coworker.
But, I’m thankful for recruiting mid-career because he can be coding and I feel that a reliable person increase for me.
Actually, I heard that the new coworker will take on my heavy job, so it is matter for great congratulation.

Well, he can be also web design, so I think the person in charge of coding will not change in the end.(I have been leaving a web designe because I couldn’t balance design and coding.)
But, I really appreciate what the company recruited him who can work full-time in his 30s.

If a new employee join our company instead of me and he take over my job, it would be best for me.
