I smile confused because certain rental server has been down.

I couldn’t update the website of customer because the trouble that the rental server named Zenlogic of First Server company has been often down since June 19th
On top of all that, it has been down most of the day, so we are smiling confusedly in the office and we just wait until the restoration is completed.

I received a phone call saying that “our mail address has been unavailable and I will pay, so pleadse changed servers” from the customer using the server.
However, I can’t do that because the server has been down.

We doesn’t recommend Zenlogic at all in our company, but the customer picked saying that “Use this server!”, so we will get paid to work a work that a server transfer cost.
I think like the customer, they can’t work in the situation that they are using the domain and the mail address on this unavailable server.
That’s tough.

First Server company has made a mistake that it deleted all data on the server in the past, but I seem like that they haven’t been able to learn from that mistakes.

I saw the article that the company caused that problem by human error before I joined this industry.
I heard that our company that I work present in was damaged by it at that time.
In the end, our customer using this Zenlogic server was deciding to change to other rental server because of this matter.
So, I think that we will never face this like matter.

The server is down during even writing this diary.（July 7 about 19 o’clock）

I realized again that it had better select a famous rental server about server.
There is a sense of stability in it.

I hope the server restore completed until server transfer on Monday.
