I went on a diet for a month.

It has been about one month since I started the diet.
I was planning to lose 10 kilos, but I was able to only lose 5 kilos.
I thought it is a difficult to do the diet.

The below link is a diary at that time of that I determined to start the diet.

Specifically, I didn’t eat snack after 8 p.m and I reduced amount of food.
I took it easy, then I lost 5 kilos.
Nonetheless, it was impossible to lose 10 kilos.

Anyway, I’m going to keep doing with my lifestyle now.
If I’m not able to lose 5 kilos until August, I would think of improving my eating habits.

I don’t like some vegetables and a lot of fruits, so I usually eat mainly kind of fish and meat.
I think that is cause of gain my weight.
Probably.

But…

The texture of vegetable and fruit bother me.
I hate it.
I almost throw up when I bite it.

But, if I’m able to eat it, I would increase a way to enjoy a meal.
Plus, I’m planning to go abroad, so I think I want to overcome dislike of vegetable and fruit.
Anyway, it is a story when I wasn’t able to lose my weight.
