整理整頓

My desk is the most messy in our company.

There are messy that were like snack, trash, reference book and memo.
I’m not good at tidy up.
I would rather say current my desk is tidy than after tidy up.

So here goes the main part,
When I was going to confirm present income and outgo because I will become as a part time job of 3 days a week next year, then I saw ununderstood money has been deducted from my bank account.
I’m going to speak a story that I struggled to know it from now.

I usually use credit card or debit card at deducting money, I spent a lot of time researching about that I couldn’t understand payment details in my debit card statement, I compared it with my expense.

I have many monthly contract, so I thought I had better manage those on a cloud.
I really didn’t know what that money is used for, and I was thinking about if someone has used my card and made purchases with it.
I was worried about that.

I may have it about unauthorised use because there are deducting an ununderstood 9,600 yen and my rent together every month.
I knew nothing about it, so I got an advice from an accountant of our company.
It was resolved, I had bought a car with a two years loan at the shops introduced from her.
I only did not finish paying.
I’m forgot it, because of a year and a half ago.
When there is like this situation, if I took notes, I wouldn’t do taking a long time for researching.

There are also messy a lot of email address, google, yahoo, icloud, microsoft and an unique domain email address.
I need to organize those.
I’m taking notes on where the email address was used, but to organize is easier confirming.

I can’t tidy up in reality, but I’m going to want to organize in virtual reality.
