I’m so stressed while I work operation & maintenance service.

I worked 3 days a week from April, my most trouble is the O&M service because I have no time to do it.
Two week passed, I have worked overtime about until 23 or 1 every work day, so my work time is about 36 hours a week.
I work 5 day a week is 40 hours, so I have thought there don’t make any difference.

But, I can keep enduring yet, because I knew this season is busy.
And, a woman come back to work after maternity leave, so I’m supposed to leave my operation and maintenance service to her.
I can endure until then.

A thing it is unforgivable is my senior coworker who is going on a trip for all week.
He push his O ＆ M service on me, even though he knew I work 3 days a week.
So, I couldn’t work my job, because I was busy to handover his duties.
In the end, I could start working my job from over pm 20, then I finished it at over am 0.
I don’t understand 36 hour 3 days a week.

Anyway, it was done deal, and then I think I shouldn’t put the blame on him because I have a lot of other job.

Then, the woman who is to hand over my duties will come back next week.
So, I may feel so much better and go home earlier.

But, I will stab him after his trip anyway.
