週4がいいわ

It is hard for me that there are 3 day holiday three times on this month.

There are three consecutive holidays, “Respect for the Aged Day”, “Autumnal Equinox Day” and “Health-Sports Day”, I was getting used to it, so it was hard for me.
I work as a full time worker, but I think I had better change work style to 4 day work week and 3 day holiday.

I heard there are some companies increasing that are introducing 4 day work a week lately.
I think that can do it person like only good at work, or working at a company and doing freelance work on the side.
If I thought I do it at our company, I would need to work in a hurry, then I think we must respond to clients in 4 day and there are not few problem.
So, I think It is impossible at our company.

Actually, I will work as 3 day a week office worker and a freelance on the side next year, but I might work 7 day a week, because I’m going to go getting some works.
It is possible to become worse than now.

But, it is good to able to use my own time freely.
When you don’t feel like doing work.
Office worker can’t choose whether doing work or not in the office, but freelance can choose whether or not and also do other things.
IT industry has freely work style, I think it is good.

When I worked 4 day a week, its saturday would be doing nothing for recovery from exhaustion, then I can concentrate favorite things or other things on its sunday and monday.
In the end, I think it is difference how to enter the beginning of week depending on my condition.
I usually have exhausted on Saturday, so I can’t do something if I scheduled on it.

I often heard about “work style reforms”, when I work in IT industry.
I wish it would come it in the near future.
