まじすいませんした!

I have a work that was stopped processing for 1 year.
During the time, my coworker quit our company, then I took on the work that he was in charge of.
After I released client’s web site to the public, the client requested that we talk about next step and get a introductory meeting.
So, we set a date and made an appointment.

Then, I received a reprimand email from someone before the end of the day.
It was written that what have you done?

Actually, outsourcing designer and the former colleague has progressed with the work.
I knew that, but outsourcing designer has told the clients that he introduce a successor.
When I made the appointment, I thought I was going to go see the client alone.
So, he was angry about that I have made the appointment without confirming with him.

I’m really sorry!!!

I don’t usually get an appointment, I almost never respond to customers and I was crazy busy lately.
I’m so tired that I can’t think straight.
If I think about it logically, it was unlikely that I was going to go see the client by myself.

In the end, I sent an email for apologizing and I also made a phone call later.
I’m truly sorry this time!!!

After that, he accepted my apology.
However, if I wasn’t used to doing that, I should take careful action.
I just reflect the time.
