人がたらん！

I’m swamped with daily work.

Our company lack of manpower, so if I modified client’s website, having received some phone calls telephone correspondence, I would be not able to the work that I planned by the end of the day.
That is the reason why I was busy.
These days, when I finally work on it, it was already one hour before closing, so I was shocked aloud.
We will have to divide our labor, then please let me focus on my work.

Plus, I have other works that I was responsible for of HTML coding.
I can’t request the data input for my coworker if I don’t work in a hurry.
I have a stomach ache, so I might trouble them.
In this case, if I have around the same age of coworker, we would be able to talk to each other about complaint to relieve stress, so I relieve stress.
But employees in their twenties in our company is only me.

I wonder how other people feel about that the IT company’s average age is about late thirties years old.
I had checked various websites of IT company, before I join the company.
At that time of checking, many website said more people in their twenties is enrolling than any other age.
I get the feeling that we would be left behind the times of IT even if we would not strain to recruit some young man.

Going back to the previous topic, the reason why we are busy in February is because our customer has end of their fiscal year.
We need to deliver products and issue the invoice, so we are busy every this time of year.
I want my boss to take measures to that.
We still have not finished work of last year, however he get new job request, it’s natural that we are busy.
If he want to get it, I wish after he finish the unfinished work.
I wonder what he’s thinking.

We discussed in a meeting that we have many waiting for customers reply.
Then, we determined that if it would not finish creating the customer’s website by the initially scheduled period, we would issue the invoice of several tens of thousands of yen and send it.
But, recently, when I take a look at the invoice, I realized that one sentence about that has disappeared from the invoice.
My colleague told me that our boss couldn’t keep the delivery date, so it was disappeared.

I realized the cause of that is not enough staff, but company culture of ploblem.
I had become under the misapprehension, because I was busy.

If I admonish my boss that I writted the one sentence above, we would start to argue with each other about that.
I’m a bellicose staff, then I would say things out loud if I wasn’t convinced.
So, it’s obvious that our ideas coflict with each other.
Looking back, it was my bad about many our past quarrel.
The reason why we often argue is because there is that my boss is company president, so I can complain to him face to face.
If my boss is in the same position, maybe he would empathize with me.
But if he empathize, he himself would need to do some action, so I wonder if he basically is such a Negative Nancy against my own opinion.
I would like to hear others company president opinion about that.

Anyway, it confirmed that busy like now continue until March.
I have to finish the work within two weeks that it is a responsible coding of rather big website.
I want to do my best next week too while relieving stress.
