良く寝た

I had a good sleep.

I greeted a crisp morning for the first time in a while.
I sent email to have a client confirm about the work that I’m doing right now.
So, I got back home earlier than usual, I ran a bath for the first time in a while, and I relaxed at home.
I always have worked overtime until the date changes for the past one week, then I have slept past 2 a.m.
So, I went to bed earlier than usual.

I had a good sleep and woke up naturally, then I look at my smartphone to check the current time.
It was displayed the number “12” on the screen.
I thought “what? it today a holiday?” at that time.
I couldn’t believe it for a while, because I spaced out a little from just waking up.
Then, My smartphone ringed, I gingerly looked at the screen.
The call was from my senior colleague.

I noticed that ‘I overslept’ that time, then I answered the call.
I’m sorry, I totally overslept.
After that, I got ready to go out and I went to wokr in the afternoon.

I entered the office as if nothing has happened, then I got reprimanded.
After I did something bad, I think some people can show sincerity, while others can’t show it.
I’m totally the latter.
Well…I think it depend on the situation, but a part of elder colleague is laid-back, so I behaved the same way as them.
Then, I got reprimanded.

First and foremost, I was told to make a call.
Because we didn’t know wheather I have a task or not by the morning.
I’m really sorry.
I feel like I say sorry a lot lately…

However, I usually worked till midnight and it was known to everyone, so it could have been worse, but I didn’t expect I have been oversleeping too much.
The thing that surprised me most was myself to no noticed the alarm.
At that moment, I realized I was exhausted.
That experience has been my first time since I joined this company before 3 years.
I want to say to myself, you had a good sleep!

In the end, I worked till three o’clock in the morning, because I catch up on my work.
Next, I must finish creating client’s website within two weeks.
I guess I will work overtime every day for two weeks.
I will try work like hell.
