ちょい上の先輩がキレて援護射撃する二色人です。
My senior coworker blew up and I helped him from behind.
何回か僕が不満をぶちまけているA氏の件で感情をほとんど表に出さない先輩が遂にキレました。
The coworker who is a quiet person finally snapped at our boss about work of Mr.A that I also snapped several times.
僕も何回か「なんすか？何様なんすか!?」とキレるほど安くて抽象的な依頼で即日対応しないと威圧してくるお客さんA氏。
元々は社長の上司だった人で僕らが入る前に仕事を結構もらっていたみたい。
The Mr.A made me snapped several time, because he demanded to response immediately, a vague request and more discount.
He used to be former boss of our boss, so I heard he sometimes had given a work to our company before I joined in.
だからか先輩「やらなきゃ、やらなきゃ」って思って作業してみたいで、A氏を丸々引き継がせ「俺、知らんから」って決め込んでた社長が中途半端に首突っ込んできてなんか変な方向に進めようとしてキレました。
There was that reason, My senior coworker assumed that must do, then he drive himself into a wall.
But, the boss that he said “I don’t get involved” and made the coworker take on this work of Mr.A was cutting in and tried to go in the different direction from the coworker.
In the end, the coworker snapped.
思ってた以上にキテたみたい
He had had enough more than I thought.
何度もグチ聞いたり、僕としても納得がいかない案件だったので「先輩キレたら援護するんで」という口約束に従い、援護口撃を開始しました。
I always have listen to his complains and the work can’t convince me, so I start supporting him on a promise that if he snapped I would support behind him.
結局、社長が会議で途中退場していったん収まったのですが、先輩の不満は解消されず仕事を続けていたら社長が戻ってきて、さすがにやばいと思ったのか話し合いをしようと男子メンバー連れて焼肉に行くことになりました。
In the end, it was settled for now because our boss leave in the middle of the meeting, but his complaint didn’t settle and we go back to work, then our boss came back as soon as, then he probably was thinking his doing was bad, he said “we should get a meeting”, so we went to a Korean barbeque with only male.
そこで、先輩が不満を全部社長にぶちまけてお互いの折り合いがつく様な形で話し合いはとりあえず終わりました。
Then, My senior coworker complain to our boss about his all complaint, our boss deal with reality, so the meeting in the Korean barbeque finished.
先輩も先輩で若干の勘違いがあって、話し合いでそこが解消されて少し溜飲が下がったようで帰り際に「上手くかわされたな（会社辞めようとした事）」と少し笑ってました。
There were misunderstood at my senior coworker too, it was settled by the meeting, when we were going home from the Korean barbeque, he said “to leave the company was dodged by our boss” with a little laugh.
So, I thought the trouble of the senior coworker and our boss was settled for now.
僕も僕で、先輩が社長と仲直りでき、焼き肉も腹いっぱい食えてよかったです。
先輩と社長が話している間ずっと肉焼いて食って久々にお腹が痛くなるくらい食えてみんなハッピーでした。
I think it is good that the coworker made up with the boss, I was also good because I could eaten till I feel full.
I had grilled meat and eaten it during that whole meeting time, we all were happy.
それでも、先輩が本当にキレるとは思わなかったから本当に驚いた。
But, I was surprised it, because I didn’t even think that the coworker snapping at the boss.
僕が先輩の立場だったら、もう会社にいないレベルだったからパイセン、マジリスペクトっす！
I respect him very much, because if I were in his position, I would quit a long time ago.
それでも会社を僕と一緒のタイミングか僕より早いタイミングで辞めるような事を言っていたのは秘密だけどね。
It is a secret that I heard he thinking about leaving the company earlier than me.
