忙しいけど忙しくない
補助金案件で忙しいんだけど忙しくない二色人です。
Regarding subsidy work, I feel busy but it doesn’t so busy as last year.
去年の11月クソ忙しかったから覚悟していたんすけど、去年ほど忙しくなくてちょっと拍子抜けてます。
なんやかんやでテッペン回ったり、休日出勤とか覚悟していたんですけどないんすよね、ここまで…
I had been very busy in November last year, so I prepared that I will be busy.
But I have not been busier this time than last year and I have been disappointed.
Until today, the date had not changed in work and I have not gone at our office at holiday.
技術が去年と比べると上がってるのもあるんだけど、考えられる1つの理由として中途採用のデザイナーさんがちゃんと納品までの道を少し整備してくれているのがあるのかもしれない…
I think the reason is I have improved my skills more than last year, on the other hand, I may think there is possible the reason is thanks to a new designer of a mid-career recruitment, because it is easy to do coding his design.
去年は、デザインがそれぞれのサイト独自なレイアウトで1から組んでいたんだけど、今年は中途採用デザイナーさんが使いまわせるようにデザインを組んでくれていたりするから1から始めずに済んでいるという部分ですごく助かっている。
Last year, I had usually been coding from scratch with web design having unique layout, but this year, I haven’t been coding from scratch, becasue the desiner designed it so that some layouts of the design are as common parts.
So, I was helped by him.
それに、今は（ディレクター）→（中途デザイナー）→（僕）と間に中途さんが挟まってくれているので、情報が整理された状態で僕に届くのでスムーズに案件が運んでる気がする。
去年も別のデザイナーさんいたけど、
And now, there is him between I and the web director, then he organize information from the director and he share it with me.
So, it is possible to work smoothly.
When I work with another designer last year…
僕「ここって仕様どうなってるんすか？」
デザイナー「わからない、ディレクターに聞いて」
ディレクター「決まってない、確認する」
僕「えぇ…（何を作らされているんだ？）」
I said to that designer “how specification is this?”.
She said “I don’t know, please ask it to the director”.
He said “it have not decided, I confirm it to the customer now”.
I think “what am I creating?”, then I don’t understand about it that they make me create.
仕様が決まってない中よくわからずデザインしたものが僕に下りてきて、僕もよくわからずコーディングしていたからちょいちょい追加や修正が発生して都度確認してとマジで進まず案件が滞留して、納品時期がどんどん迫って地獄をみた。
They left such specification to me that was what it hadn’t decided and they hadn’t understood about, so I should not be able to understand it too.
I was coding in the state of I wasn’t able to understand, I got many instruction for modified and confirmed, so I couldn’t make good progress with my work.
Finally, I felt like I was in hell because the deadline is approaching.
それと比べると、今年はかなりスムーズに案件が進んでいる気がする。
やっぱり、どこにゴールがあるのか分からず走るより、ゴールが見えた状態で走った方が脇目も振らず作業ができるので助かる。
中途さんまじ感謝。おかげで今年は楽に乗り切れた。
I have been feeling like the work can proceed smoothly this year rather than last year before the designer joined.
I knew it, Rather than working in the state of I don’t know the goal is somewhere, it is good to see clearly the goal and I’m able to concentrate working.
I appreciate to him, it was easy to get over subsidy work this year.
それでも組み上げ開始してから実は仕様が変わっていたとディレクターから聞いた時は僕も中途さんも「は？」ってなったけど
But, I and him heard from the director that the specification actually changed, while I started to be coding.
We said to him together “Huh?”.
