12末からの長期連休が楽しみな二色人です。
I’m looking forward to the consecutive holidays from end of December.
平成最後の12月に入りましたー
5月以降は全部平成最後だけどねー
It’s the December of the last Heisei era.
After May are months of the last Heisei era too.
忙しかったわー

I was so busy.
I was really so tired.
年度の前半（4~9月）楽なんだけど
年度の後半（10~3月）に入ってから凄い忙しくなるの何なんですかね？
補助金がらみの案件が年度後半に多いいのもあるんだけど、それ以外の新規案件も年度の後半に駆け込むように入ってくるんすけど予算使い切りたいとかなんかあるんすかね？
It is easy to work in first half of business year from April to September.
But, It is very hard in second half of it from October to March.
There are many work related to subsidy in the second half, Besides that there are a lot of new job request for our company.
I wonder clients wants to run out of money by end of business year.
まぁ仕事がたくさんあることはいいことなんで会社としてはいいんでしょうけど
大型案件の納期が重なって毎年3月くらいにヒィヒィ言ってるんで受注するのはいいけど営業さんには制御しておいてもらいたいっすね。
I think it is good to be a lot of work in our company.
We usually are hard work in every March, because works are piling up due to our boss as director.
So, I wish his to control work schedule.
今年は中途さんのおかげで去年よか楽だったけど、精神的にはとても疲れた
今年も残すところ後1ヶ月なんで頑張って頑張りたいと思います。
This year is easier to thanks for mid-career recruitment designer, nevertheless I’m mentally tired.
