キレられた

I was suddenly reprimanded by our customer when we contact by email.
It surprised for me.

I have had a similar trouble and I was reprimanded by other client before, so I have written the e-mail while pay attention.
But, I was reprimanded.

This below link is a diary at the time of first reprimanded.

This time of clients and our boss were friend long before I joined this company.
So, I’m scared that we are broke off the contract because of my mistake.
My stomach has a stabbing pain, but I think it is bad at this rate
I determined to get our boss advice.

I printed the sended my email while I wonder it was bad my writing way, then I went to show it to my boss.
I thought I was reprimanded by my boss, but he said only “I see, be careful writing way next time”.

I was surprised it was different his reaction from I thought, then that client seemed have misunderstood.
There was a misunderstanding between the client and me, then I didn’t know it and I was reprimanded.

In the end, my boss called to the client and resolved the misunderstanding, after that, I received an apologize email from the client.

Don’t do that, that was bad for my heart.

It was almost to become bad experience.

I really hate the moment I looked it and turned white.

Phew, I was exhausted.
I think it drained a lot of my energy at reprimanded.

I go home at 9:30 p.m.

I couldn’t find proper words besides reprimanded as the expression.
I feel this time of the client was rather “kireru” than reprimanded.
I don’t want to use that japanese word, but I use it because I don’t use well japanese.
