I’m stunned.

I think it was swamped every company in year-end.
I’m also swamped because I have to research, customize and handle the latest version of WordPress which was released on December.

In that time, my boss said happily “I was getting an order which is until end of January”, I heard it, then I said “Huh?” and I couldn’t believe his said.
As My boss explanation was that sales of January may not enough.
I can understand it, but the problem I think are that he don’t shceduled for work and he don’t follow up sended email.
As a consequence, we have to push back some work of start date and we have a lot of work now.

Actually, my boss said “There are 3 items which can deliver in December”, but those all are pushed back on January because my boss didn’t confirm to our customers.
I almost lost my temper.
There is one finished design in 3 items, so I asked him “can I start coding this?”, but he hadn’t enough meeting it to the customer yet, much less that the design couldn’t be confirmed to the customer.
In short, he made the designer do designing before starting job.
Our company was that situation, but he said that 3 items finished on December.
I was fed up with his behavior.

Recently, I looked like our boss changed his consciousness, I’m no longer reprimanded unreasonable by his.
So, I can’t argue with him and release my stress.
As a consequence, I write down my stress on my blog to release it.

Anyway, there are a lot of items what are stopping and some items what are starting from January.
Besides, there are many holidays on January.
So, if he confirm scheduled, he can realize that the danger.
I wonder why won’t he do that?
He reprimanded me for attitude towards work like “Are you a professional?”, but that’s my line, I want to reprimand him “Are you professional?”

Recently, I feel my complaint is increasing.
That is that I feel stressed a lot.
I write down it at year-end to release my stress.
