My lower stomach sticks out is bothering me.

Because, I was tapped it while my senior coworker said “It’s too sticked out” in a morning meeting.

I’m usually training, so I have curves.
Plus, I’m running two or three times a week from I moved to family home.
My body is toning up, but my lower stomach is remained to stick out.

I searched on the internet and I knew I had better do core training.
I was thinking about a day will come that my stomach get smaller, because I did sit-ups sometimes.
But, doing sit-ups is trained outer muscle.

when doing core training, I heard it is good to do draw-in.
It don’t change a way in a stand up, sit down and lie down position, so I write down roughly how to do it.

Let your posture improves, breathe out and hold for 30 seconds with your stomach fully sucked in.

Sometimes, my lower back is getting pain after I try it.
I wonder is it correct a way of Draw-in.
If you will be interested in it, please search by yourself.

Anyway, I will try it in working.

Let’s aim for losing 10 kilos.( It’s impossible dream. )
