That answer is “There isn’t demand it”.

Then, I was surprised that his reply was so long, because I sent the message that I have low awareness of.

His reply in short, to use working holiday is possible to stay only a year, plus foreigners don’t know culture and language, then foreigners don’t have working visa, so canadian do not need to hire foreigners.

Engineer lack in IT industry, so it may be demand for Engineer in company lacking of manpower, but I think about visa and it is impossible unless someone has high technical skill.

In that case, I replied his “Is there a chance to be hired as casual worker”.

There is the National Ocuupational Classification in Canada, that Canada’s national system is discribing occupations, so I knew for the first time my job is A rank on that system.
That is the same skill level as lawyer and scientist.

In short, I was said “Lawyer and Scientist don’t hire casual worker”.
Then, Engineer is same.

I got it!

I remember a thing that foreign IT Engineer getting is difficult more than Japan, because there isn’t the concept to bring new comer up to become independent in Canada, I heard.

Anyway, my purpose of go Canada is come back in one piece.
After I received the mail, it made me start to think about how to spend and life abroad more clear.
So, it was helpful for me.

There is least several months, I had to need lots of preparation.
