詐欺られた

I’m scheduled to enter to Canada with a tourist visa.

When I enter to Canada needs my passport and eTA that is kind of electronic authentication.
So, I applied to eTA, but I have already gotten it, I didn’t realized that and I have used an agent to pay 6900 yen, nevertheless normal application fee of eTA is 600 yen.

When I was looking up on the internet with this key words “Canada eTA”, there were displayed a lot web sites, they were in japanese and like official.
So I was tricked perfectly by that.

Besides I wasn’t familiar with CA$7 as money sign, I didn’t exchange quickly in my brain.
Then, I saw 6900 yen in web site, I thought that is normal and I paid.
I felt something strange for the price in the moment, but I had already paid.

Plus, there was clearly labeled that this it is non-refundable, then I received a mail about finished application and number of eTA.
I couldn’t say anything about.

I think the reason of quickly reply was that it had already through permit of eTA and it had just need to update.

If I checked thoroughly, I wouldn’t need to pay wasted money.

I’m really depressed.

The reason why I paid waste money was that I didn’t know well about eTA.
That can get it at a time applying working holiday.

Check your eTA status

If your status was normal, you wouldn’t need to show your passport in airport, because eTA is linked to your passport.
So, you can enter Canada with just passport.

It is really cautious.
