I have been changed my work style from regular employee to contract employee.

I’m regular employee until March, after April, I will be contract employee and freelance.
But, I go our office 3 days a week, so I don’t feel I became the freelance.

I predict that I will be able to have time, so I’m going to make a lot of preparation, I’m looking forward to making it.
Its enjoy is like having my shop.

And, I’m feeling a fear at the same time.

Because, My work in charge of process is end.
I have never worked smoothly.
My boss have a custom to pile up work, then that all are suddenly move to me.
So, I lost temper many times and I wrote down it on my blog each time.
I’m feeling fear to happen it.

I regularly said “I work 3 days a week after April”, so I believe it is alright with trusting my boss.

Anyway, when I faced the worst situation, I will think.
And then, I can work from home, so if I got a lot of work by my boss, I would manage it somehow, I think.

I think this work style is good to have flexibility, but why most important things ability to manage schedule is bad?
From earlier this year, I saw a scene a mid-career recruitment designer makes a schedule, but our client didn’t follow the schedule as a matter of course, and then my boss also forget it.
It was most impacted for me in this year.

I feel fear it may happen like that thing.
But it is pointless to think whether it happen.
So, I’m going to begin to think about the things right before my eyes.

I wonder where I should start.
